Shruthkirti came up with this absolutely brilliant idea of making potato cupcakes while joining me in cooking Ragda Pattice for dinner one night. So instead of just making the usual small patties and baking it , she instead suggested we make cupcakes out of it. This has been a favorite with our family meals ever since. She seems to be so inspired with cupcakes these days that she sees a possibility of making them in just about everything. She also studded a roasted cashew and sprinkled some sesame seeds on the top.
